Langes brings BJJ to PCYC
From November 30th we will be operating out of the exciting new premises of the PCYC in Dee Why. You now have the choice of this new facility as an option to train with the Langes Team. The Police Community Youth Centre has a core Martial Arts program that brings Jiu Jitsu to the good folk of the Northern Beaches area.
Each Thursday we will be conducting one adults and one kids class under the instruction of Andy Olsen.
