Dave Takes the beginner class a 7pm on Wednesdays. He is The Head BJJ coach at UFC Sydney and also runs ASF http://www.allsystemsfitness.com/. He takes time out from his busy schedule to give back to his home club at Langes MMA. Dave has done it all a black belt that has competed here and in Brazil , Fought MMA . He is the Rehab,Strength and conditioning wizard on the northern beaches. A great asset to the club and currently getting the guys ready to grade for some stipes on the white belt on the 10th of March.
