Everyone is preparing for competition!
Around 30 people are all ready for the Big events Jiu Jitsu comp at Nth Ryde this weekend.
Rob Hill is back fighting for Legends in Hong Kong in August.
The Amateur MMA event changed Dates to 26 Aug . We have Matt Crehan, Adam , Will , Finn and J-red and maybe some others competing .
PWP has Sonny”3 Titles” Brown fighting UCF veteran and CFC title holder B.Trekko . Regan Wilson and David Wright are also on the fight card.The fights will be held at Cronulla tickets sold at the Langes MMA Manly club
Nat Hills is Fighting on Brace on the Gold coast in Oct .
Langes MMA Team also is looking strong for the Pan Asian Tournament in Melbourne . All the classes are a buzz at the moment . This month there are some BJJ gradings
So the classes are geared to syllabus and my class focus in August are all about defence strategies and techniques .
