Hello Members, the Northern Beaches Council has given me 12 months from now to move the business. Unbelievably, it is because there is no DA! Yes, I have been here since 1999. But 16 other businesses in this LDP are affected. I am classified as indoor recreation. Town planners have assured me I will not be able to ever successfully get a DA in a Light industry 2 area. Due to the Flood damage sustained at the ground floor gym, It makes no financial sense to refit. We will run all classes from the Roof gym. I am excited about the next steps in the evolution of the club. Stay tuned.
