Thank you everyone, people always think it is someone else who can do something special, but its not true it can be any of us. Just before the Novice comp a couple of weeks ago I showed the guys the Novice medal the first medal I won at Anthonys BJJ comp and I showed them the Gi Senior Worlds medals at the same time. We all start by walking into the gym for the first time, we all have that potential to exceed our own expectations.
