Ken Shamrock stops by the gym to do some padwork for his upcoming Impact FC Fight

On Sunday evening UFC Hall of Famer and MMA Legend Ken Shamrock stopped by the gym with his Lions Den team to do some pad work as he prepares for his upcoming fight against Pedro Rizzo on the Impact FC card on the 17th of July. 

Ken fought on the very first UFC and went on to have memorable battles and rivalries with the likes of Royce Gracie, Dan Severn, Don Frye and Bas Rutten.
