To all the wonderful members of Lange’s MMA centre.
I will be retiring from running my full-time gym on 15th December 2022. I started my club in a school hall in 1994. I have been running this gym here in North Manly since 1999.
They have been so many powerful experiences and so many tremendous people who have walked through our roller doors for a roll and to learn important skills. I will be traveling and training throughout 2023
