FYI the rules for the day are;
MMA small gloves – no blows to the head,
no knees or elbows at all
can punch body on the ground
takedowns and submissions as per MMA rules
2 x 3 minute rounds
MMA Big Gloves
Knees OK
No Elbows
Punches to head OK
Kicks to head OK
takedowns and submissions as per MMA rules
2 x 2 minute rounds
Kickboxing
Knees OK
No Elbows
Punches to head OK
Kicks to head OK
3 x 90 second rounds
