We are now starting to prepare for the comp season.Takedown strategies and Sweeps focus for May. We will be working on this in MMA classes as well plus striking to help set this up. We have an inter club comp for adults on 2nd June at Warriewood gym NSW state titles are 26 June in Sydney. Machado Nationals are 8th Sept in Melboure.
Events Jiu Jitsu will have a comp in August and December this year (new venue)
