ZAP! This months featured Lange’s MMA instructor is Lucas Magnani. He did all his wrestling at the University of Iowa. He has trained under Dan Gable, Tom Brands, Mike Zaclick, Troy Steiner and Jim Zelesky. He was the New York state champion. His high school record was 176 wins to 9 losses. This guy is awesome to train with. So come on along and make some of his classes!!!
