We would like to invite you to our Online Virtual Gym so we can all interact doing what we love.We offer you online content and an interactive space to discuss and share all things Jiu Jitsu.
What we will be offering: • Real time training sessions through Zoom. • Instuctionals and Drills. • Match analysis by the amazing Mr Sonny Brown. • There will be other Lange’s Black Belts offering their skills and virtual sessions also. • Virtual privates, discussing game plans and your jiu jitsu. • All number of interesting and exciting initiatives to come. • We will have some fun exercises for you too.To make this a reality in the short term we are asking that those pledges of continued membership fees be madevia: Langes MMA BSB: 112-879 Account No: 492 191 068
